In industry, ink wash wastewater generally comes from printing factories, which generate a large amount of high chromaticity ink wash and ink wastewater during the production process. For this type of wastewater, which is characterized by high concentration, small water volume, and significant changes in water quality and quantity, it is difficult to use conventional constant flow treatment methods for treatment. If ordinary biochemical treatment is used, the investment cost is too high, the treatment cost is too high, and the land area is also large. The ink and wash wastewater treatment process involves quantitatively adding printing plant wastewater treatment agents into the system. After a period of reaction, a "molecular network" is formed, which naturally settles under the action of gravity in the sedimentation tank. The pollutants are flocculated and precipitated by the "molecular network" and deposited at the conical bottom of the sedimentation tank, which is discharged at any time. The supernatant is discharged into the sand tank filtration system and then discharged in compliance with standards.
2、 Operation process of printing ink wastewater treatment equipment:
Simply using physical or biochemical methods cannot ensure stable and compliant wastewater discharge. Therefore, based on the successful experience of similar engineering cases, an integrated wastewater treatment process of flocculation+air flotation+filtration+microbial contact oxidation reactor is adopted. After the wastewater discharged from the workshop is collected, it flows automatically through the pipeline to the wastewater collection well. A liquid level controller is installed in the wastewater collection well. When the liquid level in the wastewater collection well rises to a high level, the lifting pump is automatically turned on to transport the wastewater to the wastewater regulating tank (storage tank). The function of the regulating tank is to store the wastewater, so that the water quality of different concentrations of sewage is uniform. A liquid level controller is also installed in the regulating tank. When the liquid level in the regulating tank reaches a high level, the lifting pump is automatically turned on to transport the wastewater to the chemical flocculation reaction tank. Then, the metering pump adds a certain amount of chemicals and mixes them at medium speed under the action of the mixer.
